Merry Christmas!

Well this week has been crazy getting ready for Christmas. The girls missed their weigh in but decided to set a new life improvement of getting back on the wagon right after Christmas. Fay and Kay will review the life improvements they have set for themselves and commit to getting back on them right away. Merry Christmas to everyone!

7/23/2010 - heart rate up for 2 minutes during workout

5/28/2010 - 30 mins of activity, 6x per week
5/21/2010 - make good choices at restaurants
5/14/2010 - 10 lunges on each leg
5/7/2010 - one healthy snack per day
4/30/2010 - park farther away
4/23/2010 - no more second helpings

Fay and Kay started mid-week, but new life improvements are added each Friday after weigh-in.
